تحلیل موضوعی پایان‌نامه‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته مدیریت آموزشی: مطالعه موردی دانشگاه ارومیه

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل موضوعی پایان‌نامه‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته مدیریت آموزشی در دانشگاه ارومیه انجام گرفته است.
روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت و روش، از نوع پژوهش‌های تحلیلی می‌باشد. با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای اسنادی، پایان‌نامه‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته مدیریت آموزشی در دانشگاه ارومیه طی 13 سال اخیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 421 تعداد پایان‌نامه دفاع شده در رشته مذکور از سال 1390 تا 1402 تشکیل می‌دهد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که موضوعات انجام شده در مقطع کارشناسی‌ارشد و دکتری، حول محور عوامل سازمانی، شغلی، فردی، آموزشی و اجتماعی است. به لحاظ پراکندگی رشته ای، بیشترین موضوعات انجام شده در پایان‌نامه‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی، در حوزه رشته مدیریت آموزشی می‌باشد. در زمینه مکان جغرافیایی پایان‌نامه‌های ارشد، بیشترین تمرکز بر روی شهر ارومیه و در مقطع دکتری، توجه عمده بر روی سایر شهرها و استان‌ها بوده است. در رابطه با ابزار گردآوری پایان‌نامه‌های انجام شده در مقطع کارشناسی‌ارشد و دکتری، بیشترین سهم متعلق به پرسشنامه و در بین روش‌های تحقیق نیز، بالاترین میزان استفاده دانشجویان از روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهشگران این رشته لازم است به کاربرد ابزار‌ها و روش‌های کیفی و ترکیبی در تحقیقات مدیریت آموزشی توجه بیشتری نمایند.

Objective: The present study was carried out with the aim of thematic analysis of postgraduated theses in the field of educational management in Urmia University
Method: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and analytical research in terms of nature and method. Using the document content analysis method, postgraduated theses in the field of educational management in Urmia University during the last 13 years were examined. The statistical population of the research consists of 421 theses defended in the mentioned field from 1390 to 1402.
Results: The findings of the research showed that the subjects conducted at the master's and doctoral level are centered around organizational, occupational, individual, educational and social factors. In terms of field distribution, the most subjects in postgraduated theses are in the field of educational management. In terms of the geographical location of senior theses, the most focus has been on the city of Urmia, and in the doctoral degree, the main attention has been on other cities and provinces. In relation to the tool for collecting theses done in the master's and doctorate level, the largest share belongs to the questionnaire, and among the research methods, the highest rate of students' use of the descriptive method of the correlation type.
Conclusion: Researchers in this field, need to pay more attention to the use of qualitative and mixed tools and methods in educational management research.
