[English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing and optimizing a comprehensive model of non-interventionist classroom management based on self-regulation. The research method was conducted in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) manner. In the first part of the study, in order to present a comprehensive model for non-interventionist classroom management, the Sandelowski and Barso meta-synthesis qualitative research method was used. In the second part of the study, which included the survey method, the non-interventionist classroom management model based on self-regulation was explained using expert opinions and content validity assessment (CVR-CVI). In order to apply the model and evaluate the components of non-interventionist classroom management based on self-regulation, 371 questionnaires were distributed among teachers in Urmia city who were selected through cluster sampling and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, in the third part of the research, in order to provide the desired combination of model dimensions in such a way that non-interventionist classroom management based on self-regulation can be optimized, a mathematical modeling method (fuzzy expert system) was used. The results showed that the non-interventionist classroom management model based on self-regulation has a desirable conceptual and empirical fit. Components such as creating a supportive environment, positive and constructive interaction, strengthening self-regulation and metacognitive skills, goal orientation, responsibility, and creating a self-regulated learning space were identified as key elements of the model. Fuzzy analysis stated that the components of constructive interaction, metacognition, and self-regulation have the greatest weight and importance in the formation of the optimal classroom management model.
