بررسی رابطه هوش اخلاقی ، هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی با رضایت شغلی معلمان

چکیده

رضایت شغلی معلمان با عوامل مختلفی پیوند خورده است و پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش های اخلاقی، معنوی، و هیجانی با رضایت شغلی معلمان انجام گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی مقطعی و همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان و معلمان شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهرستان کلات (700 نفر) تشکیل می‌دادند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد و تعداد 248 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که گزینش آن‌ها با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده صورت گرفت. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها براساس چهار پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی لینک‌و‌کیل(2005) ، هوش معنوی کینگ(SISRI.2008) ، هوش هیجانی سیبریا شرینگ (2001) و رضایت شغلی براتی (1385) صورت گرفت که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن‌ها به ترتیب 86/0، 88/0، 85/0 و 82/0 به دست آمد و روایی صوری و محتوایی آن‌ها با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده-ها به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت پذیرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد: بین هوش‌های معنوی ، اخلاقی و هیجانی با رضایت شغلی همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز بیانگر این بود که هوش اخلاقی می‌تواند رضایت شغلی را پیش‌بینی کند.

چکیده [English]

Teachers 'job satisfaction is associated with various factors and the present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between moral, spiritual, and emotional intelligence with teachers' job satisfaction. The method of the present study is cross-sectional descriptive-analytical and correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all teachers working in education in Kalat city (700 people). Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size and 248 people were selected as the sample who were selected using simple random sampling method. Data were collected based on four ethical intelligence questionnaires by Link and Kiel (2005), King spiritual intelligence (SISRI.2008), Siberian emotional intelligence (2001) and Barati (2006) job satisfaction (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) 0.86, 0.88, 0.85 and 0.82 were obtained and their face and content validity were confirmed by experts. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between spiritual, moral and emotional intelligence with job satisfaction. The results of regression analysis also indicated that moral intelligence can predict job satisfaction.
