The Learner-Centered Curriculum and Instruction Journal (LBCIJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the University of Tabriz. The journal focuses on innovative approaches to curriculum design and instructional methods, with a particular emphasis on learner-centered educational practices. It explores the implementation of learner-centered curricula and teaching strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.

As a platform for educators, researchers, and curriculum developers, LBCIJ provides a space to share research findings, insights, and best practices in designing curricula that prioritize the individual learner. The journal began its activities on 06/11/1399 (January 25, 2021) with the approval of the Policy-Making, Monitoring, and Promotion Commission for Scientific Journals of the University of Tabriz, and with a publication license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance under number 87535. It was previously published under the title "Curriculum and Instruction Perspective"; however, based on the opinions of experts and evaluators of the Journals Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, as well as the views of the Editorial Board members, its title was changed to "Learner-Centered Curriculum and Instruction Journal" on 10/10/1402 (December 31, 2023).

According to the Scientific Journals Bylaw approved on 09/02/1398 (April 28, 2019), the journal successfully obtained a "B" ranking in the 1404 (2025) evaluation.
